Run version 9 offers significant performance improvements, including integrated management and accounting modules and hot-key popups for quicker lookups and faster response.

— Hot keys

When a call is received, the service rep hot-key's a popup window, records the call information, saves, and is returned to the previous activity. Hot-keys for account and vendor inquiry provide the same uninterrupted ease-of-use.

— Expanded database architecture
Improved owner, resident and vendor management tools include email, additional phone and fax numbers, and emergency contact information. The property, work order, violation and architectural review sections have also been expanded, including the ability to 'attach' image files.

— Web-Enabled Account and Customer Service
WebRunner is the online customer service interface to Run Property Management and Accounting software. WebRunner integration with community and management company websites is seamless. Account inquiries and customer service requests submitted online by homeowners and residents are automatically processed, replies sent, and staff alerted.
