Run Software History
 
1991

Version 1 of Run Property Management Software is released.

 
1995
Mike Gill purchases Run software for his property management company. He begins providing contract technical support for other Run customers in 1997 and continues his customer support role for the association bank services division of a large commercial bank after they acquire rights to Run software.

 
2001
The bank exits the association bank services industry and terminates product support. Mike co-founds the Run Technology Group. The new Run company acquires the rights to Run software and begins offering product support to ex-bank customers. Work begins on the next generation of Run software.

 
2002

The Run Technology Group delivers Run Property version 6, a major conversion featuring numerous productivity enhancements and performance improvements. WebRunner, the automated online customer service interface to Run Property, is introduced.
